This painting gets its name from one of my favorite Foster The People songs, “Pseudologia Fantastica”. (And for anyone who might be confused out there, it was referred to in earlier posts as¬†“Refused To Settle”. But the ‘Don’t Be Afraid of Starting Over’ tagline was always on the back, and in the end I felt like it summed up the idea¬†of the painting better)

TONIGHT: Showing 7 new #brianleahyart prints @ Infinite Monkey Theorem, 3200 Larimer Street, Denver, CO 80205.

Here’s what Infinite Monkey Theorem has to say about tonight:

“The ladies from Hartley Flats and Studio LoHi Apartments are throwing down in our lot. Join them at 5 pm for a night you don’t want to miss. Music, munchies, and new art. Roaming Bull Brasserie and Peteybird Ice Cream sandwiches will also be stopping by. Oh, and did we mention they’re giving away free drinks and other awesome stuff?!”

This place is awesome. They have outdoor gas fireplaces, an outdoor stage, and you can even get their wine in a can there. If that’s something that intrigues you ūüėČ

All are welcome. Come celebrate RiNo’s First Friday tonight!!!

Friday, June 21 was a great day. Art Night Out is held once a month in Lafayette, CO during the summer. People gather for a splendid evening of art, live music, local beer and community. I had a booth there (my 1st ever!) displaying my most recent batch of prints. Thanks to all the awesome people who helped make this happen and came to hang out. You guys are extremely cool.

Did you lose a light-up ring price tag at the show? Let me know. I think I saved it, but I haven’t unpacked yet. So no guarantees.
